Terms of use

Version 2026-09-10

1. Who you are dealing with

This interface is published by Coinwars Inc., which is not yet formed, of Wyoming, US. It is a front end for smart contracts deployed on public blockchains. It is not a broker, an exchange, a custodian, a clearing house or a counterparty to anything you do.

2. What the service does

Coin Wars Prediction Exchange lets anyone open a market on the price of a liquidity pool that already exists, and lets anyone take a position in a market someone else opened. A market asks whether a named pool's ratio will be at or above a strike at expiry. Shares in each outcome trade between 1 and 99 cents and settle at 1.00 or 0.00 in the collateral asset.

We do not create pools. A market can only be opened on a pool that has liquidity already, and the settlement price is read from that pool on chain.

3. Non-custodial

Your assets stay in your wallet or in the market contract you interact with. We never hold them, cannot move them, and cannot reverse, cancel or amend a transaction once you have signed it. There is no account and no password to recover. If you lose access to your wallet, we cannot help you.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You must not be a person or entity subject to sanctions, and you must not be acting for one. You must not be in, or acting for a person in, a jurisdiction listed on the restrictions page. You must not use a proxy, a virtual private network or any other means to present a location that is not yours.

Before your first trade you are asked to confirm your age and to accept these documents. That acceptance is recorded against your wallet address together with the version of each document you accepted.

5. Fees

2% of proceeds is taken when a position is sold and when a winning position is redeemed, split evenly between the treasury and the account that opened that market. Markets that trade against an automated market maker also charge a liquidity provider fee on each trade. Both are shown in the interface before you act, and both are enforced by the contract rather than by us.

6. Settlement

A market settles on the time-weighted price of one named pool over a window ending at expiry, read on chain. Anyone may call the function that resolves a market once its expiry has passed. If the pool holds less than 25,000 US dollars at settlement, if the window cannot be read, or if the quote token's multiplier changed during the market's life, the market resolves Unresolved. What that pays depends on the mechanism: an outcome-share market pays 0.50 per share and a parimutuel market refunds each account its stake. The full description is in the risk statement.

7. No advice, no promises

Nothing in this interface is investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a promise about the value or the behaviour of anything. Prices shown are what other people are paying. The software is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind, and it has not been audited.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own compliance with the law where you are, for your own taxes, for the security of your wallet, and for checking that a market settles on the pool you think it does before you take a position in it. The interface shows the settlement pool address on the market page for exactly that purpose.

9. Prohibited use

Do not use the service to launder money, to finance anything unlawful, to manipulate a pool price in order to move a market's settlement, or to interfere with the service or the contracts. Do not use it if any of that would be true of the person you are acting for.

10. Availability and changes

The interface may be changed, restricted or taken down at any time, including in response to a legal requirement. The contracts continue to exist on chain independently of this interface. These terms may change, and a change bumps the version recorded here. Your recorded acceptance names the version you accepted, and a new version asks you again rather than applying retroactively.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Coinwars Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this interface or of the contracts it talks to, including loss caused by a defect in the software, by a chain or pool failure, or by a market resolving against you.

12. Contact

A contact address is published once the entity is formed.
